I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the used car department. In August I bought a 2015 Tundra. The pictures looked like the truck was spotless. I bought the truck over the phone as I am in Ontario and I really liked the truck. I’ve bought many Toyota trucks and vehicles over the past 35 and had great success with Ken Shaw Toyota in Toronto. patronizing bullies So, I took my car into Heninger Toyota. Gave them a few hundred bucks. Still waiting for the diservice rep to say thanks. He actually said when I called to price tires he was too busy, after answering the phone. I am disabled, and talk slow, dude didn’t have time, I’m not a priority. The guy was pissed at me for moving slow and handling payment with one hand, he actually grabbed my cards and started shoving them in my wallet. Pass the puck 2005 Tacoma, took it in to the dealership after noticing large holes had developed in the frame. They dismissed my concern and attended to the minor repairs. Then after taking it to another dealership for a second opinion, they failed the frame and Heninger deleted records of me bringing it to the for the frame concern. Now I have a Tacoma with a compromised frame and I am outside of the warranty period 😣
Poor service I went to trade in my Tundra for a new one, I spent 45 minutes with 2 sales persons that they didn’t know much about the truck or where to look . Then another 30 minutes with a third sales representative who was knowledgeable and took all the necessary information from me , promised me to get back to me. I never heard from him . Went to another dealer and in one hour I traded my truck for a new one and got a much better price for my trade .
No communication Took my Tundra in for service, was told at the end of working day that my truck would not be ready until the following day. No one from Heninger bothered to communicate to me that my vehicle had not even been looked at. Very unhappy with the service.
Dissapointed!!! I have toyota RAV4 2015 with Diamond coat windshield repair coverage. I phoned the service dept. to help me book for windshield repair. They said it has to be done at the sales dept so I phoned sales and the person i spoke with said she would refer my request to the manager so that he/she could give me a call, until now nobody reach out to me.
Schedule maintenance I bring the new prius for first oil change, but the service advisor gave me the wrong information and didn't do the oil chamge but charged me for some unnecessary work. Poor service and dishonest advisor
Horrible Experience with Parts Department I don't usually even make the effort to review, let alone leave a negative review, but yesterday's experience was just something I had to warn everybody about. Our purchasing experience for a 2018 CHR was actually quite good. The negatives started with the Parts people. Missing sunglasses, incomplete work I took my car in for service and put my sunglasses in the console compartment when i dropped the car off. On pickup, the console was open, sun glass case was open and the glasses were gone. On driving away realized that they hadn't shut the hood. With $1000 service bill most dealers wash your car..... Not Heninger. Two years of poor service were outdone yesterday. I won't be back
