Terrible experience with ordering a RAV4 hybrid. Put a deposit down in the latter half of 2021 for a Hybrid RAV4. The estimated time would be 3-6 months. Due to the slow downs and supply shortages the wait time increased to 12-24 months. Understandable with the increased wait times. They'll call you if they have a vehicle coming in the next month that someone "cancelled". The thing is, apparently the car already has the dealership 3M and dealership warranty on it. I ask for engine shampoo,and they charge me 150,they told me because it was dirty,it was same condition when i had it engine shampoo at south point toyota and they charge me only 60 and it was cleaned,but here in Heninger 150 dollars and it not even clean,i got pictures
Trying to buy a Corolla here but they force you to buy the bullsh*t accessories. I just want the CAR and 3M!!!! They say they're not as bad as Southpointe or Country Hills Toyota but in fact, they're far worse now. It's sad. I'm pretty sure Brian Heninger never wanted his name dragged in the mud but the fact that he's doing nothing means he probably DGAF anymore. STAY THE F AWAY.
The WORST experience ever. Put deposit October 2021 for Toyota RAV4. Long story short - 10 months later I got an email that Heninger can not secure the car for me. I was at your service station today to get my vehicle serviced. I found the behaviour of the girl (siting at the front desk inside the waiting area) very rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and wanted to have some coffee. I checked the coffee pot that was empty with few drops of old coffee. I was contacted to purchase a vehicle that I inquired about. After going back and forth for a few days with Monique Mercado via text crunching numbers etc, she called me and told me the only way they would sell me the car would be with a 7700 dollar accessories package extended warranty and etc due to it being a seller's market, and if I wanted one without the accessories package I would have to do a factory order. The vehicle hasn't even landed at the store. CROOKS IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY.
I searched the product advisor on Heninger’s website. “Agi”, Heninger’s leasing director is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was at Heninger Thursday night & she was talking rather loud. She was yelling very inappropriate things to her manager. I could not believe what I heard. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Heninger is a zoo even when it is not busy.
A couple of years ago a buddy told me his troubles with henninger toyota and warned me not to do business with them. This spring of 2021 I put deposit on a truck at henninger I thought maybe his experience was one of. I took a chance and now I regret it. My advice is DO NOT BUY a car from this place. Gave our vehicle to someone else. We placed a deposit to order 2021 Sienna Hybrid. After 4 months, sales person notified us vehicle has arrived and ready to pick up. Asked us to add accessories that we did not want to the final price. Very insistent we had to add all their suggested optional accessories. We refused. Next day the General Sales Manager called and said our vehicle belong to someone else on the wait list and he had no documents showing we ordered the vehicle even though we have copies of email with the sales age... read more
