Drew is a professional in every way. I leased a new car today. A stressful, intimidating purchase. Drew was the first person to greet me when I walked in the door. He put me at ease very quickly with his friendly, knowledgeable and professional approach. He knows his product, wants to know what your needs are so he can put the two together. First time buying from a dealer - pleasantly surprised I find many reviews on this website so amazing that I generally don't believe them. Professional Lots of reviews are very suspicious. they go on about how amazing so and so is and say "I recommend all my friends here,blah, blah, blah". That's not me. Been getting my Toyotas serviced at Heninger's for 10 plus years. Service is professional. They have their 'dealer recommended' servicing which is much more comprehensive than the manufacturer's. Adam, a (my) customer service advisor, goes above and beyond with delivering exceptional customer service absolutely every time I contact him - by telephone or in person.
