Great Management I brought my truck in for winter tires. As a first time customer, I felt my service experience needed improvement so i contacted head office, management and Jon Ewart, my truck salesman. Immediately, my concerns were addressed. Mathew explained the features of the vehicle and the options available in a professional manner without using any high pressure techniques, and came up with a vehicle with the options I wanted. Very Helpful Our trunk closing mechanism acted up and would not close. Went to dealership , immediately seen, and service person got mechanic to look at it. Within 10 min the problem was fixed at no charge.

Thank You I have been a customer at Cambridge, Heffner, Waterloo, Burlington and Oakville dealerships since 2003. We (me and wife) started with a Tercel, graduated to Corollas through the model changes, then a van and SUV and a truck as our kids grew. All Toyota and all leased. Love Toyota. Scion TC Purchase Experience I needed a new vehicle and was and recommended to Guelph Toyota by a friend of mine. I went in Saturday morning and test drove a Scion TC which I really enjoyed and decided to buy. I found Jamie friendly and knowledgeable about all the TC specs. He was very easy to talk to and made the purchase of my TC a great experience.
I purchased a new Camry Hybrid through Jamie Sloane in the Scion/Used Car section of Guelph Toyota. Throughout, he was friendly and went the extra distance to ensure that we were happy with the vehicle and the purchase experience. Very knowledgable and helpful in answering technical questions about the vehicle. Also, previously purchased a used Sienna from Jamie and was equally impressed with him.
