AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Had warranty issues and when I took the car in for repair, it had been denied. Instead they accused me of Engine Damage. Vehicle was lest than 2 years old and they dare accuse a customer that drives the car daily to work... so unacceptable. All friendly when going there for buying the vehicle and regular oil changes but the minute theres a warranty issue...they blame the customer and refuse to fix! frustrated and fed up I do not normally write reviews but when you cannot get answers and have to make phone calls for almost a year then I think others should know. I had a viscous coupling changed in 2009 on my 2006 rav 4. It was an expensive fix which would have cost $2000.00. It was agreed that I would pay 1/4, dealership 1/4 and Toyota Canada 1/2. frustrating, difficult, unhelpful. Wanted to buy a Toyota because they are good cars, but have become increasingly frustrated working with the team at this dealership. Used Sales Team Difficult outfit to negotiate with and really do not earn the business. Although I bought new 2010 recent experience causes me not to recommend this dealer.
horrible wait time Quoted car to be finished by 3, agreed to wait at the dealership. Extra work was recommended, I understood it could take longer but was never told it would. By 4pm I asked how much longer, was told 10mins, by 5:18 it was finally done. I know I pay extra at a dealership for their work so I expected better service. Never expected this lack of customer service from a dealership. No one seemed to really care how much time was wasted.
Rude sales manager Even though I always read and rely on reviews, I hardly write one myself. But I have to write this one as it was a really bad experience. Being a Toyota employee and a pre determined price, I only had to choose a dealership that was good in customer service and had the vehicle in stock that I wanted to buy. Service Took 6 minutes to change an appointment time because no one from service is answering the phone. Poor customer service. ??Please review this information with your staff. Megan finally did answer the call after being put on gold over 7 times. Very frustrating.
great car, horrible dealership bought brand new 2014 scion frs and when we went to pick it up it looked like a used car, there was ground in dirt in the back seat, scratches all over the car (a couple of them right down to the sheet metal), the hood and trunk were coated in dust and dirt. buying the car was also a hassle with little to no communication between dealership, insurance company and us. when we said we didnt want the car anymore suddenly it was registered in our name without us knowing how or when that happened an... read more
I stay in Guelph and wanted to make a deal in my City rather than going to Brampton. But the Sales Person "Mike", didn't received me properly nor priced the car . He used www.toyota.ca to estimate the price and says this is the final price and expects me to make an offer.
