I've never experienced service at this high level of quality from another car dealership. Not even another Toyota car dealership. I had a deadline to meet, and a recall from another country to clear, and Guelph Toyota's actions resulted in everything moving forward at record speed. Second visit, same vehicle, different issue - within minutes I was told what needed to be done, what part needed to be ordered, how long it would take - and then subsequently, I was emailed options. Had the best experience ever at Guelph Toyota Service. We take our Toyota Sienna in on a regular basis for service. This week we were away on a trip and had an emergency on the road and CAA were towing us to Guelph Toyota. I called ahead and told them the situation and they booked me in at 5:00 that day. Upon arrival Owen helped me and checked the vehicle in. He was so polite and caring. I cannot say enough about the incredible staff at the Guelph Toyota Service Department . Don has been helping us through a difficult situation with a car my daughter purchased from a dealership in Toronto.
