Awesome experience I just bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla from TOM JOHNSON and had a great experience and wanted to say he is a very laid back sales rep with NO pressure and he listened to my questions and answered all of them. Purchase of Tacoma I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma Ltd. used from Guelph Toyota. I dealt with TOM JOHNSON. I have never had such a wonderful experience while buying a vehicle. Tom answered all of my questions and showed me all the details of the truck. I felt no pressure to purchase. My truck was ready on my pick-up day on time. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would recommend dealing with Tom Johnson. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with my Tacoma.
Patient and attentive service I worked with Alex McMillan for about a year in order to find the right car. Alex was extremely patient throughout the entire process and understanding of what I was looking for. Guelph toyota has the best service dept.very pleasant people My service experience at Guelph Toyota has been outstanding,I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership,reading other reviews I find it hard to believe some of the views and opinions expressed. I have serviced with them for 10 years and all my friends and family go for service,I have had issues before but they have always corrected on the spot.
