It was a friendly congenial experience. Both men were very spend the time needed to answer all my questions and concerns. Doug made sure that I was getting the best deal that Nissan offers and Cody also followed up with details on financing my new car. I have been dealing with Go Nissan on the south side since 2006 and have appreciated the service I have received from everyone I have had the pleasure to meet.
Very helplful. ( Cody , Erick and Brittany ) At first I was disappointed about my interest rate , but the financial Manager Cody Kotyk help me a lot about my financial situation he is a very straight forward guy willing to help for any client especially if you have a problem in financial situation, he is the right person to deal with . safisfied with service person used my extended warranty for no charge on parts changed for my titan. parts coming shortly she said and I expect to repair my truck next week.
Went for oil change without an appointment. Was met by Nick, service attendant who was extremely helpful and genuinely interested to see that I was well looked after. Was out in in the time he estimated, little over an hour. Mentioned that there were a couple of no urgent issues that I should watch for, but nothing urgent at this time. I also really appreciated his follow up phone call the following morning to make that all was okay. Thank you.
Well taken care of and felt like Serena cared Serena was great getting my vehicle in for service, going the extra mile to ensure my appt was on schedule with no delays. Getting an employee to give me a ride to nearby restaurant as I missed shuttle. Excellent is all I can say. I must also commend the employee inside at the desk as well.
For service I was not happy with the services received from Tiya so I contacted Punit and he booked everything with Nick in service. Nick and Punit went above and beyond to make me happy. He has arranged loaner for me. I wanted to do one star but he insists me to do 5 star. Please buy from Punit. He will do everything he can to make you happy.

Great day with good people It’s always great experience everytime I visit the service center to check up my car, they are friendly, easy to talk to and on time to pick up my car.
Long wait for a oil change My wait was very long for a oil change. My seat had to be re programmed to my position. The hood of my car was left with hand prints. The csr rep tried to sell me on a service for 55.00 that took me less then 2 minuets to do, them asked me to rate her a 9 or 10. I told her she should have cleaned off my battery as a customer appreciation not as a make money attempt.
