Best Car Sales Rep Ever! Bought 2014RAV4 from Mr. Wai Lau. I am extremely impressed with the Wai’s passion for excellent customer service. Great service! My Prius still pulled after an alignment, and when I brought it back the reaction was immediate--when can we get your car back in to redo this work? So today, after the second alignment, Mario explained to me just what they did to get my car straight. He showed me the alignment report and said that it still pulled after the report was zero, so they rotated the tires and when that was not the answer, they put the tires in a different pattern and sure enough, it doesn't pull. Best Toyota Dealership! My advisor, Larry Kuka was amazing! He listened to all my requirements and did everything he could to fulfill them. He is highly knowledgeable about the current vehicles in the industry and provides accurate and honest comparisons. Best service a customer can ask for I have always come to Toyota Erin Mills since I bought my first car in 2000. Mario is a great service advisor. He gives me detailed information about the required service for my cars. If the maintenance cost would be too much for me, he will advise for the service that will impact safety first & do the other maintenance at a later date. He is an asset to Toyota.
