Car is great, service is terrible I was assured after a visual inspection of my car that my bovk heater was operational. I don't have a block heater. What else did they make up?

Don't trust ENS Collisions promises. This happen to me two times in a row. First time almost a year ago, i took my car for repair to ENS Lexus collision center. The person taking in my car was in good mood talking to me and taking snaps of my car and checking things on his hand held tablet. While talking i mentioned, some kind of craking sound come of the left wheel while turning. he replied, dont worry we will check the whole car and give you a free report. Oil in Cabin air filter box I got an express oil change through express service and the guy destroyers my cabin compartment by mishandling and leaving a bid dropp off of the oil. Called them and took my car for a check up and the man there just denied to take responsibility and "helped" me leave in distress. Been a regular customer but won't go back for a "Good service".
Outrageous Charge $51.14 to put a $6.00 new end on a block heater cord is outrageous. Charged for 18 minutes labor for a 5 minute job. Will not be going there again or recommending the Service Department to anyone.
Experience with Service We have never had such poor service at any Lexus dealership. Our first experience when we moved here 2 years ago was when the Lexus and Toyota dealerships were together. The service contact made comments sounding like they were doing us a huge favor taking our car for service because we didn't buy it from them. Also, gave us grief because our car is from the US.
