Charged for nothing, no calls, car kept when part wasn’t in I brought our highlander in because the 50A fuse had blown. They kept the car for the whole day just to say “we don’t even have that part” and that I owed them $110 because they figured out it was the fuse that was blown. They booked the vehicle in when the fuse came in, this was a Thursday, but didn’t call us so we learned about the appointment by an email the night before and panicked to get the car in early the next morning. Warranty It was my first ever visit to ENS since I bought new car, but it was not ended well because my warranty was expired recently while I was away and Service department refused to honour and gave me reason that I’m new to ENS even after my clarification that it's my recent purchase and I choose ENS for service.

Oil change After the oil service..they parked my car outside..they couldn’t find the key or paperwork after that..I recognized my key and had to help to find the paper work..😂😂😂

tire storage i had a problem with tires and rims that were storage with ens , the fix suggested by Denis Downing was free tire storage even after he said "we have bad problems with tire storage since it started 4 years ago" . I declined his offer

2 cars serviced in 1 week...2 bad experiences So I left another poor review for this dealership and their service yesterday for my other car. I had brought in my 2 Toyota vehicles on back to back weeks to have work done. Now today the first vehicle I had brought in a week ago has some problems. I had them install a new block heater and my winter tires/rims for our van. How would you like to be over charged? So I booked an appointment to have a new block heater and new winter tires installed on one of my two Toyotas. Have been using this dealership to service both of them a total of 4 times since we moved to town a few months back. Have not had the best service from Toyota dealerships in general. Wrong diagnosis Dealer claimed i needed new struts shocks water pump And all axel seals plus differential seal. They charged 450 dollars to fix air cond And air still not cold

My toyota service experience The service was good but i had a problem with my extended warranty coz i was not informed that it will expire after 4 years, the 8 free change oil.the advisor told me that my free change oil expired last june 2018 then i still have 2 free remaining free oil change left in my extended warranty.I asked the supervisor if he can extend the validity because i still have 2 free change oil and im not informed that it will expire after 4 years.Its so sad that i lost my 2 free change oil,the free change o... read more

Poor customer service Took my vehicle in to have a vibration looked at. Drove away with a toonie size paint chip in my grill. Not impressed with the customer service.
