I shopped for a RAV 4 this week at 2 different dealerships. The 10,000 dollar difference in trade in value was inexcusable. Do not let these people steal your car. Go to Prince Albert where they treat you a a valued customer.

Chris Paisley was extremely rude! I needed a shuttle bus Chris Paisley was extremely rude! I needed a shuttle bus because I don’t want to be late for work. And I asked can I arrange a shuttle bus because I don’t want to be late for work. He didn’t show any feedback for caring for customer and just arguing attitude saying I have to do it first. In the past when I have taken my car in it has gotten washed and cleaned, I can understand due to the cold the wash was not possible but I am very disappointed that it didn't get cleaned at all, plus the quote prices are ridiculously high in cost, it is unfortunate I guess I will be purchasing a Suberau or other type of vehicle in the future. I purchased a car from them and after roughly 4 months it quit running because of the immobalizer. I’ve took the vehicle to have it looked at and was told it’s likely because of the remote start that they have installed. So being that there responsible for the damage my best bet is to just take it to them. However their response was too bad three month warranty on your new purchase. $1500 will be required to fix it. Very disappointed with the service.Late opening.Spoke Very disappointed with the service. Late opening. Spoke to service department asking if I still had free oil changes with the extended warranty. Looked up by service department and she told me yes. Had oil change done had to pay for it.

I came to get my summer tires on but couldn’t do it because they wanted my car all day.Covid made this impossible as nowhere to go and unwilling to take a cab.Ens Toyota would not consider anything else.Went to Kal tire and was done the same day in 20 min.

Ens ToyotaKnowledge resultBe the first to add a Now that I've owned a Toyota Tundra for about a year, I'd say Toyota and the quality of the brand has really went to the bottom. Back in the day you spend $200 in service and you would get a wash and a detail, and be proud to be driving a Toyota. Now, you leave the shop (4th time it's in, in just a year)after replacing a starter on warranty. And they charge you an extra $300 for breaking bolts on that warrantied starter, cause, well that's not covered. (Must be my fault the guy... read more

First and Last I booked my Toyota I just purchased used privately for a specific part that was offered by Toyota. The part installed was not the part I was quoted and could have been installed cheaper elsewhere if I knew I was getting a basically generic part from Ens. After I paid my bill, I found I was charged for something I brought in myself for an oil change.
