Great sales people I bought a used BMW 128 from Justin Hunt at Ens Toyota. I am not sure how many cars I test drove over past few years but Justin even took my younger son for test drive in Dodge Charger V8 that was not available for customer test drives at that time. What to say I visit car dealers a lot I like cars and Justin is always helpful and willing to help. Other sales people like Larone are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Very good crew at Ens Toyota.
Absolutely amazing Everyone was overall awesome, they helped me with my needs, had exactly what I was looking for, and made effort to get everything done in a timely manner, made friends by buying a car. Never thought that could happen. Staff were knowledgeable and super friendly.
Pleasant used car purchase experience I specifically went to this dealership because I was looking for a low mileage used Toyota Corolla, and they have by far the widest selection in Saskatoon and area. Terrific Great experience. I had some initial problems dealing with a service advisor, but I found the management team to be a truly good group of people.
We had an appt for 8:00 on May 28th to have a towing package installed on our Highlander. At 3:45 we received a call that the work was just beginning & that it may not be completed on our appt day. My husband called at 5:20 for an update & was told that the work wasn't completed. He was informed not to call before 9:00 as they are very busy in the mornings. You are right, we can hardly trust them anymore, our car is just a callback, casually let them change the oil, without asking them to check the other. Then they checked everything without telling me, paid more than $600, and then just changed the oil. When I drove the car out of the shop, I noticed an abnormal noise in the chassis of my car, they broke the entire drive shaft of my car, they didn't admit the mistake, and there was no way to complain. If I were to rate this dealership by the service advisor I dealt with, the rating would be 0. The advisor was not courteous, he saw me walking up to his desk and decided it would be a good time to make a phone call, no greeting, no " i will be right with you".. Upon completion of his call i said I was here to pick up my vehicle, upon which he said " go to the vehicle pick up desk". Which was un attended. He then walked away. We purchased a used Toyota Rav 4 from this location. The windshield had a leak and we didn't notice until it rained. We took it back for them to look at and they couldn't make the problem happen in their shop. They recommended that we replace the bolts on the roof rack and seal them up which we did. The problem still exists and they won't fix it without charging us for a new windshield. I am not satisfied with their service dept and how they do not honour their warranty agreements.

Such a waste of time. Useless service staff Misguided and when confronted talked to a customer in a condescending manner not accepting their mistake. Wouldn’t come back
