We are not satisfied with the financing department because, we did not get what we want for car loan terms. The customer should have the opportunity to get what they want.
I Was very disappointed in the car service center and the level of dishonesty. guys just be careful taking your car there, because they will over charge you .i went there to change my battery and do regularly car service. When I got there to pick up my car, they charge me for testing the old battery, and says they can't change the battery if they don't test the old one and it's standard procedure, does That make any sense. Have a issue with the rattling sound in the door panels. At first it was only front door panels but now its all the doors. I have brought this issue to services attention everything I am there. The car has been in service atheist 5 times already, 2 of which were specially for the doors and the other 3 were regular services. In the last visit, I told them about this issue but there was nothing done about it. This kind of issue should have been resolved in the first 2 services max but it hasn't.

Poor service. On hold for 20 minutes before booking. Took 3 weeks to get in for service. Left vehicle there for 3 days.

Took my new car to the dealership for fixing a manufacturing issues and guess what they charged me for diagnosis the issue. They found out it was a manufacturing issue still charged me. I tried to negotiate but that didn’t help. Parts are covered under my extended warranty then tell me what did Ens Toyota do to their customer?

Bad customer service. I went in for a recall which is scheduled at 11 am and when asked for more service I asked for an oil change. I told the lady service advisor that I have to return to work at 1 pm and that I need to go before that time. She was aware of it since I told her many times until she said okay. I was waiting in the waiting area and she phoned me at 12:05 pm saying if I need more service. Approx 8am May4/22 very disappointing, rude encounter with your receptionist in the main lobby!! She was busy on her cell phone while I waited to get her attention and then she glared and stared at me without a word or a smile!! Will be a long time before I come back!!
