Poorly organized service department I scheduled simple maintenance for an appointment starting at 7:30 AM, as I had to get to work. Over an hour and a half later, my car was still sitting in the lot and had not even entered the shop yet. I don’t think they understood the idea about what an “appointment” means. If you value your time, I would not recommend going to this service department.
Terrible customer service No appointment oil change is a joke and shows they don’t care about customer. First wait 15-30 to get appointment then wait 2+ hours for a basic oil change. Not allowed to make an appointment? xxx customers should not be wasting half a day for this service.
Horrible service, incompetent staff Went in for a complimentary interior clean and wash - ended up getting my 4Runner back with the same amount of dirt as it went in, and an extra greasy palm print on my exterior side pillar. When I went back to ask whether or not they actually vacuumed, I was asked whether or not I want the interior to be pressure washed...It's quite pathetic to be asked that question especially from a dealership. Disappointed I've been going to this Toyota service location for almost 9 years now with my 2009 Rav 4 and I know I'm paying more for labour to expect better service quality. However, I've recently been quite disappointed. On May 1st, I went in for regular service maintenance and oil change. The cooling service system was recommended amongst many items and I chose to do that one for $126.95. Looks great but you'll regret it afterwards. We bought a slightly used 2016 corolla from destination toyota and I'd give 1 star for the following reasons. 1. Documentation fee of $495 is steep considering they didnt provide record of the first and second oil change of the car prior to 22,000kms. Shame on me for not catching this prior to sealing the deal. bad service and dishonest They do advertisements to change the oil with lower prices.But when you go in and change the oil, they charge you very much in the end.You can pay at least 150 plus money for the oil chang.But they write 39 CAD in advertising.

AVOID unless you want to be SCAMMED!! Me and a friend came here to buy a Brand new vehicle from Destination Toyota, It was also our first time buying a Brand new car, but this dealership is a SCAM!! Very unprofessional and dishonest dealership. This place sucks.... Not only they are unprofessional but they are just bunch of careless people. They advertised info dishonestly on autotrader and the manager didn't care to even acknowledge. These are very unfriendly people with absolutely hopeless management. TRY TO AVOID AND IF YOU CAN'T... THEN BE VERY CAREFUL OF MANAGERS.
