I don't normally write reviews. I had a 6-day negative experience at this Toyota Dealership over my car's electric water pump and temp. sensor replacement. My check-in was efficient and Emily in Service was gracious and did all she could to help, but nearly all the involvement from management was unprofessional or incomplete. I’m a serious car buyer - yesterday was the 2nd time I walked. 1st time, no one offered to greet or assist, 20 minutes. bought an Acura. serious about RAV4, not on display, no offer to show me one. Never to Return.

Rude, Condescending and extremely poor customer service from the advisor at the service department. I have a lease that I took in for the third prepaid service and requested for cleaning as both the earlier times the car was returned dirtier than when I it was taken in. The lady was so extremely rude and said I should opt out of cleaning as that is what happens with the automatic cleaning. There were boot prints on the door and mud on the floor mat too. They will do work on your car that you don’t need .I got They will do work on your car that you don’t need . I got a second opinion on a steering the dealer said I needed and it was not needed at all.
Purchased a 2021 4Runner Off Road and they are slick and not to be trusted. They damaged my vehicle and then stone walled me while stating their amazing service. No help no second opinion, thing but deflections and deferrals. So be wary and go to any other Toyota dealership.
Rude customer service Went in for a small warranty job. Had Don Kyle as agent. No greeting, accusatory stance from the start. His tone and comments made you feel like it is your fault and no work should be done for you under warranty. Talks to you like a used car salesman and keeps repeating 'I've done this for 40yrs'. VERY RUDE MANAGER-UNCOURTEOUS BEHAVIOUR I went to buy a RAV4 hybrid limited edition, which was on booking because of it's high demand. The car arrived after 2.5 months of booking and when i went to pick the car the product advisor was not there because he temporarily stopped working due to Covid-19. There were some misc. charges which he promised to wave off at the time of pickup-he made a note of it on a piece of paper.
