Bought a Rav4 Nice guys, new store, good service. And I got a good deal as they included oil changes for life. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Very helpful! There was a young man named Adam who was an absolute delight. My parents are immigrants and their English isn't very good but he handled helping them so exquisitely, I didn't even have to be there. His ability to multitask was absolutely phenomenal. Such a charming man and a lovely service!

My 2001 Intrepid broke down so I decided to buy another car. Based on our positive experience with my wife's 2001 Toyota Echo, we decided to buy another Toyota and settled on a Venza. I live near Prince George but was flying through Vancouver so decided to buy a car from someone in the lower mainland. Destination Toyota had the best price for a 2011 Venza with 25,000 KM on it so I bought the car sight unseen. They also were the best to deal with. Their sales agents are rude, impolite and really don't care about customer satisfaction and happiness. Would not recommend this dealership if you are looking for a used Toyota.
