Great customer service !!! Had an amazing experience from the time I stepped in the door to when I drove off the lot in my 2019 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid.
Nice new windshield in my Lexus I had Destination Toyota replace the damaged windshield in my Lexus SUV. They handled the ICBC paperwork and shuttled me to and from my home while the work was being done. They even vacuumed and washed the vehicle after the installation. I was very impressed with their service and pleased with their work.
Best experience with Young Cheon Young was a very helpful lady who found the right car for me and my family. She was very lovely, friendly and most importantly such a positive and hardworking lady. First time there! I have sound coming from my Lexus and no one has been able to fix it until I tried Destination Toyota Burnaby. Because it is a time consuming job, they actually charge me less than it should be. I am really happy with how great this mechanic is and most importantly fix the problem.
Estimated time issue I was given an estimated time of two hours for car service...when I returned, I was told the car wasn’t ready and told to go to the waitingg room and they would come get me when done. I assumed this meant perhaps 15-20 minutes. A full hour and twenty later, I had to Investigate myself only to be be told car was ready but in line for a car wash( seems to me that when you have taken up that much more time already, you would ask first...I’m only steps away)..being told it would be ten minutes, I figured OK.... read more
