I went for my oil change for my 2020 Nissan have a platinum membership n light replaced asked to call no call for quote after 2 messages called again the service department said they can’t do it book another appt when I went to pick my vehicle keys were just left at customer service suv not washed

I have the worst day in this year 2020, when I met unpleasant guy Austin R. Sales Manager. My father who was cheated by country hills Nissan Dealership. He was trying to complain about vehicle he bought. Austin R. was very ugly, he was shouting "I don't have time to hear you.... plaa .. plaa.. plaa...." He was very rude, and even he didn't give my father chance to explain the problem he came for. I really can't understand how can be like those people company Representatives..!!!

My daughter turned 17 this year in August and I wanted to gift her a new nissan. It was the worst experience of my life. We waited over a month just to get the vehicle. We’re now in December and I’ve been calling, leaving voice messages and I’ve text photos of the poor job they did on the leather seats and still not one person, not even the salesman has gotten back to us yet. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location. Too incompetent

This one of my worst day! First problem is they told me that my car will be done morning around 11am, so I call them around 12:20 they told me after 20 yo 30 mins my car is done and will book shuttle to pick me up 30 mins or before 1pm. So I prepare early but it already 1:30 shuttle not come so I called again I and ask why and they said they gonna book me a shuttle and I said someone book me already. these guys are crooks, they tried to sell me a nissan rogue SV with 12,000 km in it for 36,000$. 350$ bi weekly. just the regular SV. i went to Brasso nissan . and i got abrand new one with sunroof and tech pakage for 35,000$ 349.24 bi weekly. with 4 yrs free oil change free roof rail and bumper protector and all season floor mats.
