So far, the Service Center at Country Hills Nissan have offered a terrible customer experience. They are unable to fix the problems in a single visit, take days to respond to voice calls and emails, do not accept walk-ins, and are usually arrogant in dealing with customers. I’m Nissan is 10 months old, and getting my vehicle serviced from Country Hills Nissan has been a nightmare. After a point, the client service representatives carry a “I care a f$&k” attitude. Had our rogue in for a recall and some warranty paint work , dropped it off Monday night and picked it up Tuesday night . The recall was for airbags , we had no issues with it . When we picked it up , the airbags light was on . I looked at the invoice , nothing was done with the paint . Wasting my gas and time bringing it back and picking it up for nothing , now I have to do it again ! Airbags are a safety issue , now the light is on , when it never did before? I bought my first car I had the worst experience with this guys unfortunately, my bad luck.at first Jas helped with my Nissan sv 2022, but next day I found out there price difference from that all the problem started. It was in March 2022, Mark the account manager made bill of my car. Jas told this car has 5 years free oil change and he gave me a vip platinum card which is good for nothing. I have very bad experience at Country Hills Nissan. Abdul sold us a car and Finance Manager provided us pick up time at 5:30 and when we went there at that time receptionist said she will get him but he was gone home already and that receptionist did not tell us for 45 mins. not only that he asked us to make bank draft and he is the one gave us payable's name and at the end he says this is not correct, make another draft and come back tomorrow. I had a nightmare experience here. I took my vehicle in at 8:30am for what I thought would be a routine servicing, which was pre-paid. Right away they tried to deny this and it was only after I produced paperwork that they reluctantly said “sure, sure, it’s covered”. So, I briefly mentioned a couple of concerns with the vehicle, and scribbled my signature on a hand held device. Things were good at the beginning but then I emailed the sales rep who sold me the car back in Sept and still haven’t heard back. Requested a call from the manager and it took until January to hear from him. Never apologied for the bad customer service I got instead said he was sorry to offend me. NO I just wanted a answer to my question. NEVER will I buy from this dealership again. Runaway! They were trying to sell me a car with an airbag that didn't even work! We were looking at a 2010 Honda Civic.....we noticed that there was a recall on that car and asked if they had looked into the recall. We were told that the car was up to date and passed all inspections and that the recall was dealt with. Turns out they LIED straight to our face: after we made ONE, SINGLE phone call to look into the recall, it turns out that the passenger airbag was faulty, and that in fact, Nissan Country Hills had NOT fixed it... read more
