I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the dishonest and unprofessional practices at Sunridge Nissan. I am writing this review to warn other customers—especially newcomers—about the dealership’s misrepresentation, lack of accountability, and refusal to address clear staff mistakes. Took my vehicle in for a booked appointment (oil change and tires changed). Waited an hour in line just to check in. And waited 5 hours for my car to be finished. Their only response was sorry, it’s a busy time of year. Unacceptable. Worst customer service.

This dealership runs a money grabbing scheme from its customers. I enquired about price for Nissan Kicks and the guy told me a staggering price of $38,500 which is insane considering the same vehicle was available for less than 31,500 elsewhere. When I challenged him, he came down to $32,000. They just take advantage of customer's ignorance if you do not do enough research. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER. There are other dealers who are more honest and forthcoming with their pricing.

I will never ever visit this dealer. They are not honest and not transparent and they threw a bunch of options as mandatory items and jackup the price significantly. When I pushback hard then they agreed to remove them but they do not honour their online published price (cash price plus GST). The actual price which they gave much much higher than the published price.It is against law to charge more than All in published price.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP
They are not paying my deposit amount back because I said I couldn’t afford the car
Rented a car for $300 and drove Edmonton to Calgary only to be told our 'scheduled to vew' car did not start (this morning) and needed new engine!! Scam to get us in there and waste our time and money. Thanks a lot!

Avoid Country Hills Nissan – Poor Service & Unresolved Issues! STAY AWAY! !! Worst dealership experience we have ever had. They were never able to fix our vehicle even though the vehicle was brought in multiple times. Every time we asked for a loaner vehicle to use, there was none available.
