My vehicle was not ready at the time of pickup, additional features were not installed and registration was wrong and not legit so I couldn’t drive my new Nissan
Be wary of PRE OWNED vehicles sold here. A warning to check everything about the vehicle before you drive it off the lot. Recently purchased a used Nissan platinum. Oil need changing within 500 km. Engine oil filter and cabin filter were black as mud. One of the four tires was so threadbare, Costco would not put it back on the vehicle and deemed it unsafe to drive. I am getting so many issues with my brand new car and they are unable to fix it. I showed them My vehicle twice or thrice and every time they say no issue found but i have the issue and i am facing it on daily basis

Well, the Limp mode problem seems to be gone for now. The dash light problem still exists and the warranty is just about to expire. I have had it back two times only to be told they cannot recreate the problem. Very disappointing. I have never had a new vehicle with that many recalls and I only have 23 km on it.

For me, it's a terrible encounter all the way. It's about the cash for them, it's about the numbers. I imagined they saw how green I was and they took advantage of that maximally. I mean, I knew they didn't really care so much about me as a customer but nothing prepared me for this extent of bad experience / treatment. No integrity, very shady. This dealership operates with misrepresentation, pressure tactics, and zero accountability. I leased a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV in February 2024 and was pressured by the sales and finance team into buying an ASP / extended protection plan.
