When I asked the person in charge of finance why Charlesglen Toyota keeps copies of customers’ drivers licenses in their files, I did not get a very satisfactory answer. I asked for my copy back. She would not give it back. Why? I was paying cash for a car. She does not need my drivers license for anything. So I’m waiting to get it back. Otherwise the dealership is excellent.
We had excellent experience at Charlesglen Toyota. We are very happy to have met with Val Parsons who has assisted us with the purchase of our second Sienna. She is the most kind and helpful, and she is determined to provide the best possible service. We have referred many family and friends over to Val and will continue to do so. She truly is amazing!
