Valarie Parsons was very personable, respectful, and provided bonus baked goods. Charlesglen Toyota had good communication and organization. We really appreciated the tutorial on our Tacoma prior to driving it off the lot.
Charlesglen treated me well during my recent new car purchase. I would deal with them again. I suppose this is not unique to Charlesglen, but it would be nice if they included things like the mandatory freight charges, etc. in the original price, rather than treat them as add on items later in the negotiations.
Overall a great experience with the Charlesglen team! Val was extremely helpful and made us feel at home. Thanks for everything! We LOVE our new RAV4!!!
