We really wanted a 4Runner, but couldn’t swing a deal until we’d finalized a deal on our current vehicle. Val stuck with us, support our process and delivered exactly what we wanted, when we needed it. We couldn’t be happier, our new 4Runner is exceed our expectations. Val was great to work with for getting my vehicle. While I did have to wait 20 months for the vehicle, she advocated on my behalf where there was a miscommunication with the dealership regarding my waitlist position and allocation. Once I took delivery of the vehicle and there were some minor issues, Val and Justin both helped advocate for me to ensure the issues were addressed and not dismissed. Could not have asked for more from these two.
It was a very pleasant experience buying our new truck from May Leung. She was knowledgeable regarding the different available trims, and was patient in answering our questions. If she wasn't sure about the answer, she spent the time in researching to provide the correct answer. We also appreciated that she was not pushy and let us make the decision. The reason I have rated both Val and Charlesglen Toyota so highly is because I am having difficulty coming up with something negative to say. Everyone I meet at Charlesglen seems to have a permanent smile and treats customers with an unconditional positive regard. So. .. Val was excellent and I really wanted to buy a car from her. The reality though is that Toyoyta has lost a sale due to prohibitively long wait time on the vehicle I wanted. 3 to 6 months I will wait. 18+ months and you have sent me to your competition. Where I will be purchasing a vehicle and receiving it in a couple of months.
