On July 5, the engine light came on in my Rav unexpectedly. I immediately drove to Charlesglen at 3:00 p.m. Kelcee Harris was my service representative and she was so kind and understanding. She even jumped in my car to see what I was talking about. When I told her that I was leaving on holidays on Sunday, she contacted Ken Tran in service and had him have a look at my car to ascertain the problem.
