Val is an excellent salesperson. From the moment we walked into Charlesglen we felt comfortable and we were very pleased to have all of our questions and concerns addressed. The test-drive was fantastic and we felt no pressure in deciding to purchase the vehicle. When we picked up our vehicle we had a great orientation from Mark and were assured if we needed anything to let Val know and we could arrange a time to pop by. Overall a great experience and would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

A couple of days ago, my car battery failed and wouldn't start after I got gas at my local station. They jumped the battery for me there and I then drove directly to Charlesglen Toyota to ask what to do. It was late in the afternoon, but Mark at the Service desk said I should drive for a half hour at highway speed and come back before 6pm, and that he would be happy to quickly test the battery for me when I got back, and would give me further advice.
