wonderful purchase experience Hello, just bought a replacement car at Burlington Toyota and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The salesman Matthew was accomodating, understanding and very flexible in meeting my requirements. He even gave me a huge chocolate basket that took my breath away. The car will likely end up with my daughter, so I will definitely come back for my furure cars. Super place and an excellent salesperson.
Sion Lewis (Burlington Toyota) Simply put: The best service there is. We bought a new 2022 Toyota Highlander and also trade in our 2016 Highlander in May 13, 2022. The trade-in price was agreed as $31000 + TAX. and at that time, the estimated delivery date was July and we agreed the trade-in price will keep unchanged. the delivery got delayed (not our reason) and the new pickup date is Sep 2022. and Toyota gave me a new contract and changed the trade-in price to $29000 instead ( saying the mileage was changed) when I am ready to pick up the new car (Sep 16,2022). Great Sales Staff - Brutal Management I had a really great experience with the Sales Team here - I actually shopped around a few Toyota Dealerships and felt the most comfortable here. I couldnt be happier with how that team introduced new models, shared pricing and allowed us the time to make the decision on our terms. February 7, 2020. Very disappointed! Pulled off QEW at Guelph Line as wipers broke and roads were wet. Driving from Grimsby, I pulled into Burlington Toyota dealership hoping someone could help me as this was a safety issue and I was unable to drive to Mississauga. Tried to Buy A Car Here From Autotrader, my first choice was a car at BT. I contacted them, but was told the car was sold. I went to my second choice at another dealership and put a small deposit on a car. Then I noticed the BT car is still on AT, so I asked them to take it down. They say it is still for sale because the financing fell through. Inadequate Customare Care Facilities Think twice before bringing your infant or toddler to the dealership while waiting for service on your vehicle. The building does not have a baby changing station in any of the washrooms.
Very Bad experience Had a pretty bad experience at the Burlington Toyota store on Fairview where I went to buy a car. I felt insulted the way two of the so called managers Sion Matthew Lewis (Sales Manager) and Chris Lichach (Business Manager) conversed with me. It felt that they were doing a big favour on me by selling their car and they are the only people in the whole world who will be selling me a Toyota car or any other car. Unprofessional, lack of customer AVOI dealership if you can! Went in to discuss a new vehicle, dealt with Ed and Jason, what a disappointment. They kept me waiting forever, no reason for the delayed wait. Did not even offer me to sit down or even bring me in an office, truly unprofessional. They tried to make a BAD deal in the lobby (unfair), I don't understand...no people skills, true lack of customer service. AVOID dealership if you can! Lots of coaching opportunities, I think it's a culture!
