Great purchasing experience Great experience in purchasing a new automobile. Moe was easy to deal with. The process from test drive to the purchase of our Rav 4 was smooth.
The staff are gracious and find solutions at all times. I am a big believer in being treated with respect and getting the help I need with helpful, polite and professional people. I have always been treated with respect from everyone I have met at Burlington Toytota from the reception desk, sales floor, service and highest levels. They are a first class group.
Regular Maintenance Check I drive all the way from Woodstock to get my car serviced at Burlington Toyota. I feel taken care of and treated with respect. They never overcharge or give me surprise maintenance, they do the work that is required for the care. Most of all I trust them to not charge me for extra work or worse not do the work that they charged me for.
Totally Toyota Since buying my first car 11 years ago (Toyota Corolla), I have always had excellent experiences dealing with Toyota- their service department is so professional and always takes the time to explain a situation and any related costs. Free Car Wash Good, fast service with an itemized bill. Lots of reading material in the waiting room. Car seems to work well but the price is not cheap. However, I want reliability and was happy about the car wash in this weather.

under body & bluetooth the clip had fallen off from the underbody and the bluetooth had disconnected (2 times in less than 5 years) and I was not able to reconnect it as the 2011 Corolla owners manual is not correct
