Service I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Burlington Toyota. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I live out of town but it is worth the drive for this quality of service.

Amazing as always! We won't go anywhere else! We have been going to Burlington Toyota and dealing with Chris for well over 10 years now! I will never go anywhere else. No point in even shopping around. In my opinion, there is no comparison in terms of the quality of service she provides and the quality of product!

New Rav I went in to just get pricing and ended up purchasing. I'd like to mention that I'd been loyal to another dealership for 11years. My salesperson was Brandon M and a refreshing change. No back and forth with numbers, quick to give me the best pricing and show me all options. One week to the day from first walking in, I was out of one lease (before it ended) and in the road driving my new Rav. Thank you for the fantastic experience Brandon, Sion and Rita!
1st oil change Service was quick, held no surprises and a reasonable cost. Even got a car wash. Would try again for future needs. Service personnel was efficient and friendly.
Emmisions Test Advisor allowed me to delay the emissions test to save the cost. Found a nial in the rear tyre and fixed it. I have had 2 bad service items in the past. I took my car in to have the brakes checked they were making a noise. After being checked I was told by the Advisor that it was just dust and a run on the highway woulf fix it. A week later I went to Green & Ross to have my summer tyres put on and they asked me if I wanted my brakes serviced and they showed me my front brakes that had hardly any pad left. Obvi... read more
Great first time experience My leased RAV4 Hybrid was due for its first service. Adam, my service representative , explained the procedure at Burlington Toyota. Everything went smoothly, from the comfortable waiting room and coffee, to a full explanation of what was done, and answering a few questions that I had. I was treated with courtesy and respect.
