Great people, very gentle,explaining everything in detail. I strongly recommend this Service where you will meet smiling faces. Even for my unexpected screw in the tire they rushed around to help although it was 5 minutes to closing. Especially Shavaun is great. You should meet her. Other people are also fantastic. I will never go to another service.

I purchased a vehicle, did not visit the service centre Jason was very helpful and did not pressure me to purchase, which would have been very off putting. But Chris did not explain when purchasing the extra warranty, it would start immediately not after the existing warranty had expired. So I might not have had the added expense.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff This is the third car that I purchased at Burlington Toyota and I will continue to have it serviced here. Although there are Toyota dealerships closer to my home or office I feel that it is worth the extra drive.
Excellent as usual we bought 2 cars - '17 Camry & '17 RAV4. Both are excellent to drive. We like the new features. Purchased the seat upgrade for Camry - good.
Very speedy and professional. I was very happy that the service centre took my car in on short notice and fixed my vehicle. Len was very helpful as was a younger fellow but I do not know his name.
