Consistent experience almost every time Simple oil and filter service, dropped off. Asked them not to check cabin filter because the latch is broken, they did exactly as I asked. Called me to advise that there were some other items that need attention, and my immediate reaction was "Oh oh, here comes the old hard sell!" Great oil change I booked an appointment for an oil change and I got in earlier which was great. I wasn’t sure how much it would cost and was ready to dish out $90 as a mechanic informed me my car takes synthetic and it would be costly anywhere. Toyota charged me $69. Very happy about that. Service was great and Adam was prompt and knowledgeable.
Excellent Ecelemt service! Speedily got me into a new vehicular with minimal down time. And worked with me to get a price that fits my budget.
Excellent Extra work needed was explained. Price and time required was discussed. Some work not needed immediately was also explained. Complimentary ride home was given due to length of time required for extra work needed.

I just went in with a friend of mine to check the new Toyota and talking with Zvonko I realized that I was over the allowed millage on my leased Toyota. I looked at the Corolla 2018 and I agreed to lease a new one. In any way did Zvonko put any pressure on me to lease a new vehicle. I was quite happy with the service and the knowledge of Zvonko.
