Efficient and pleasant. Efficient, professional and courteous. Matt greeted us well with all paper work awaiting for us. He also was very helpful in syncing our phones and other devices.
Honest service Our car was scheduled for a regular oil change service. My wife was concerned about some green drops on our snow covered driveway this winter. In the past this usually indicated a coolant leak. The service adviser told her that the coolant used in Toyotas was more a red colour but checked for leaks anyway.(No leaks were found). It's great to be able to trust an honest service advisor and mechanic. Washing the car was a nice touch as well.

Leased a new corolla 2018 excellent service Burl Toyota and Lee Watson are the best. The service and expert knowledge makes the experience fast and easy. The gift baskets are always a nice touch.
Came in with no appointment and took my vehicle right away I arrived on Thursday March 8 at around 8:30 am and had no scheduled appt. The service tech was able to take my vehicle right away. They also washed my truck which was a very nice touch

Always Friendly The service reps here are still stellar. I drive all the way from Woodstock, they are that good. Friendly, efficient and I feel like I am treated fairly too.
