Old to New My 2005 Toyota Sienna had a major breakdown which was going to cost me $2000 (estimate) on top of the new front brakes ($700) a week earlier. Since we had to wait over the weekend for the part before repairs could start, I had time over the weekend to ponder my dilemma. That time made me think the future of the Sienna was questionable. So Monday I walked into the dealership, met Nick, and talked a bit more with Len, then bought a new RAV4. The staff was patient and helpful.
Tire Change I have been using them for years for regular maintenance and tire changes for my Rav4. They have always provided consistently good service - friendly with thoughtful explanations.

Forgot LugNuts I had my tire change booked for spring and showed up without my lugnuts but the team was very accommodating and changed my tires anyway and I will just drop my lugnuts off at a later time. Very convenient given the distance and timing to my next appointment. Thanks!
Excellent service, friendly staff I’ve been buying cars and having them serviced at this dealership for more than twenty years, that should say it all. Knowledgeable and friendly service advisers and sales staff.
Window fix Had stuck window on rainy day and made plans to shuffle cars to be without the following day during repairs. Burlington Toyota took my car aside and assessed the needs shortly and finding that the fix was doable they did it in short notice and called me back the same day for pickup. That same day picked up my wife's car from regular service and all that was ok as usual.
