Great all-around experience Clean. Friendly and welcoming. Coffee and cookies. Today I came in with my baby and a stroller to keep him sleeping. The service advisor, Matt, ensured (without me asking) that my vehicle was brought right to me to make it easier to load everything up. It’s the little things that make the difference.
Best Toyota Dealership! Living in Oakville but going to Burlington for maintenance of all our cars - Lexus, Toyota, Mitsubishi and Ford must say something about this dealership. Service is superb and charges are very reasonable.

Snow tires changed and oil change Good service, but took 2 hours, which I think is a little too long. My partner commented he thought it was a bit pricey. Waiting area is pleasant and always busy.
Easy Stress-Free Repairs I had my Toyota Yaris passenger window broken into, and Burlington Toyota quickly ordered a replacement window and installed it for me in the space of days. I'm so happy to have my car restored to normal with such friendly service.
Always great service I never used to continue getting my car serviced at the dealership after the warrantee expired but Burlington Toyota has always been fair and honest with me so I have continued going there for years after the warrantee. I can trust them to not take advantage of my gender (female) and my lack of knowledge about automotive stuff and, in fact, they often offer me good information and advice. They are always friendly, courteous and efficient.
