oil and filter change The service was completed quickly. The technician showed me two air filters which needed to be replaced and warned me about a coolant leak, providing a repair estimate.
Five stars To be honest, I was dreading shopping for a new Car but dealing with Jason from Burlington Toyota was such a pleasant and positive experience I have already recommended him to friends and family. Driving my RAV4 all over Ontario is such a joy.
Always reliable, thorough and on time. My 2016 Corolla CE required its regular maintenance and after making an appointment to take it, I arrived on time, spoke to the technician about a couple of minor concerns, received appropriate responses and left it in their hands. I enjoyed their free wi-if to complete a business item, had a hot beverage and before I knew it, the technician was there to tell me it was ready to go, all nicely washed and clean. I am a very happy customer!
oil change always excellent and friendly service. Looking at a Toyota Camry Sport and trading in the Rav4; came in for an oil change and may be changing cars. Staff at Burlington Toyota is awesome.
Exceptional Experience I am always extremely happy with the exceptional service provided to me at the Burlington Toyota Service Centre. I am never left with the impression that unnecessary services are being done. The quality of service remains consistent and the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Leased new Rav4 Nick Addison was a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, courteous and always responsive, even after hours. We were working under a tight timeline to find a car for my daughter, and were very pleased with the way he was able to pull it together.
