Unbelievable Customer Service My wife and I purchased a used Toyota Highlander and the experience could not have been any more positive! Continuing Good Service Nothing to change. Another good service experience. Car wash wash a nice touch but could have been a little more thorough. Will be back for next scheduled service.
Why I bought from Burlington Toyota This spring I returned to the service center at Toyota for a drive clean test for the second year with a 2007 Pontiac Montana. I wandered into the showroom to kill 10 minutes and Salny Ehman struck up a conversation with me. When I told her my reason for being there she invited me to sit in the 2018 RAV 4. Efficient, Friendly & Helpful I waited while my vehicle was serviced and had also asked if it was possible to wash the SUV when service finished, which it was. The length of time they suggested it would be done was spot on. They came and explained what extra things they would be doing, which was nothing much, but all the same, no surprises when done. Always feel very comfortable waiting for vehicle, nice clean waiting area and lots of refreshments in a nice clean space.
Excellent all round! Nitin was especially delightful and helpful as service rep. Very much appreciated the icing on the cake of the compilmentary car wash. Thank you — including the coffee and cookies while I waited, and the quiet area in which to read without TV sound.
Service and tires change It was friendly and pleasant. It took them a while to take my car as everyone was busy to the point that the person assigned to me did not introduced himself. Otherwise everything was great.
A/C Problem I took my 2013 Corolla in as the A/C is not working. I was told it would take 2 hours and it was right on time. I have dealt with Burlington Toyota fo 30 years and always found them honest & reliable.
very friendly and reliable I have a lease with Burlington Toyota on a RAV4. I take it there not only because their good but I have an extended warranty that pays for my oil changes.
