Excellent Service! Absolutely excellent service from start to finish! All staff that I dealt with made the experience smooth and Matt went out of his way to trouble shoot to ensure that my phone was compatible with the car so that I could use the navigation services.

"Not a scheduled visit." My passenger side mirror was broken due to vandalism. I called Burlington Toyota where I bought my Matrix and have always had it serviced there, and was told they were totally booked. When I explained I needed it asap due to highway driving the invited me to come and wait it out. It was a Tuesday evening and I arrived at 5:45 p.m. and the job was completed by 7:00 p.m. I have always thought this dealership is the best and genuinely always looking out for the customer. Lee
Quick and painless oil change My oil change was absolutely fast and efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in approximately 40 minutes. Excellent customer service in my opinion.
Regular service Over the years I have owned three Camrys and a Matrix, all purchased from Burlington Toyota, I have always taken them there for service and have no reason to go elsewhere. Their service and there staff are excellent.
RE: Lease 2018 corolla When my daughter and I enter your dealership on Guelph Line, we are always greeted with a smile, Moe and Haviz always give us a big hug along with their wonderful smiles.
