Friendly service Staff are great. Dean is always friendly and helpful. Oil changes are easy. Nice to just pull up and have our vehicle serviced. It is first come first served, which is fine by me.

I like that they call me by name when I go in for service. Overall, I had a great experience the whole time owning my Vehicle which has been just over 3 years. Since purchasing, I haven't had to do anything major due to the service team at Nissan. Grade A Team and the TV always has something interning to watch while you wait.
Honest, helpful, and relaxed Gordon was very helpful and straight forward with us regarding all aspects of the transaction. We felt no pressure or that we were "sold" a new Rogue at all. We left with the car we wanted, at a reasonable price and no headaches or last minute surprises. It was a pleasurable experience. He also gave us a great review and show and tell of the new features on our vehicle. Thank you!
Had a vibration with heat exchanger Had a vibration in the manifold area. The young fellows looked into the issue and corrected the problem. Somehow something like a clamp was vibrating. Apparently it's a common occurrence.
