Purchase of 2017 Nisssan Pathfinder Platinum I was in the market for a new SUV as I wanted to change over my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and get something that more suited my needs. Purchase of Nissan Rogue SL John and Chris were very friendly and easy to talk to. They made us feel xonfident we were making the rivht pirchase. We have purchased a Quest back in 1995 and very pleased with the car and the service we got back then as we did with our new purchase. The only downside was finding out the inner side panels of the seats were not leather. We were not impressed when finding out after the car was purchased.
Refreshing honesty and great service These guys won't do work that you don't need. And they will gladly not charge the customer for things that aren't needed yet, even if it is normally part of the service package at the kilometre reading. Truly amazing. Fast and courteous too.

Yesterday Service I have never been disappointed with the service provided by Burlington Nissan. I had made an appointment the day before, I arrived on time and once again the dealership was prepared and ready to begin. The service is definitely one of a customer first attitude by all the staff we were in contact with.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Dean and Frank are fantastic. They always take the time to explain necessary repairs and answer my questions in detail. They will also give a heads up on future repairs and hints on what to look for to know when these repairs are necessary.
Ordered a part for my new Micra. The sales rep neglected to tell me my new car did not come with this part. So the parts dept ordered and installed for me. They were very helpful and courteous - I would work with them again. Sales rep - not so much. He could use product knowledge on the vehicles he's selling and customer service training would go a long way.
