Customer Satisfaction I was very pleased with the service I received during my first visit to Burlington Nissan. The service analyst (dont recall name) was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation.
Service Area I took my new Altima in to have a strap on the underside that had come down, checked. I was due to have a oil change and tire maintenance, and since I was the first in line that morning, they took me right away. No problem, the strap was fixed no charge. I was under the impression that the oil was synth, but was advised it was not, (but could option that if I so chose), and the cost to do that maintenance was very affordable. Enjoyable process which exceeded our expectations. Our sales representative, Steven Hay, conducted himself in a highly professional manner through the entire process. Having purchased many vehicles over several decades he is by far the best we have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable, courteous and possesses outsstanding communication skills. Steven turned what normally is a stressful experience into a pleasant one. When the time comes to replace our Maxima we will definitely return to Steven's office without hesitation.
Dean and Frank are always great and helpfull, no complaints always the best service, glad o be loyal to Nissan,,,,it pays off. top notch staff. always look after me and never a pain to deal with , custeomer satisfaction is above and beyond

Always happy with the service. Friendly, efficient, timely service. I enjoy the free coffee, newspapers to read ., comfy waiting area. A drive home is available if needed. What more can I say?
brakes and oil change required both regular maintenance and servicing. While some parts had to be ordered, they arrived as other work was done and all was completed in a single visit.
Oil Change Simple oil change but in and out under 25 minutes. Also got a comprehensive answer to a question I had regarding a rare intermittent sound and told what to look for if/when it happens again.
