New car purchase sales experienceThe best experience of my l I received a welcome as if I was a long lost friend. Sales Rep. Gordon was very friendly and easy to deal with.. The best purchase experience of my life. Honest and upfront from beginning to the end.
Battery The battery in the Altima wouldn't start it, so I got a boost and drove to Burlington Nissan. Dean was on the service desk so I just told him I needed a battery. I left the car in the lane and had a little chat with Gary (The salesman) for a couple of minutes. One of the technicans came along and told me the car was ready. Probably took about 10 minutes. Service is always excellent.
Recent purchase of 2017 Murano From start to finish the staff at Burlington Nissan was great, in particular Gary, Denise and Brian. I had visited other Nissan dealerships and this was by the far the best experience I encountered.
Leased a 2017 Nissan Maxima Platinum Michael was very friendly and I felt more honest in his approach to selling a car than other dealerships I had gone to during this search. He understood the features and benefits of each model and took the time to understand my requirements for both home and work. His follow up was great, I would certainly recommend Michael as well as revisit him when it is time again for me to look for a car. New Car Pick Up I picked up my new car (Black Nissan Qashqai SL AWD) on Wednesday at the scheduled time - 11 a.m. Car was parked right out front. Everything was perfect!

Good hassle free service A good wait in pleasant surroundings.all employees very helpful and courteous.Enjoyed the coffee and cookies . A t home questioned the cost of labour but not sure how many mechanics were actually working on car.
