My regular car maintenance. The regular oil change, checking and repairing a under rattle issue (resolved/fixed) and doing a 98,000 car maintenance review (brake check/flush/ignition) was required with this service. Made an appointment and appreciated the courtesy drive home and pick up for when my car was ready. Feel confident that the rattle issue was only a loose plate. My car is ready for fall driving. In November another oil change and winter tires on, ready for our Canadian weather.
A Great Begining Service Advisor Dean Martyn was excellent, recommending only those services needed to keep our vehicle humming. Honesty and respect like this will keep us coming back with both our Rogues.
Quality service and great customer service The mechanic (who I frequently get), Dane Martin I believe is very hands on and takes time to explain the work that needs to be done, but even after that, when I have questions, he makes time to provide responses. As I told him, I won't go anywhere else for service and each visit (although I don't want to go to the service dept often), makes me more inclined to buy a Nissan for my next vehicle!
Quick and affordable Certainly less expensive then other dealerships or going to Mr Lube. Service was quick and professional. The Service Manager took time to answer a few questions I had about my vehicle.
Qashqai purchase Super friendly staff, down to earth, honest, and not pushy! It was a real pleasure dealing with Burlington Nissan. Drove out from East York. Best Nissan dealership I've dealt with so far.

Service Counts I always get treated fairly and the service tech's are great. I deal with Dean most of the time and after my first service there he is the reason i come back.
Expectation exceeded First time dealing with Nissan regarding a vehicle purchase and service. So far I have been very impressed with all aspects of the purchase and service of my 2017 Murano. Absolutely no "buyers remorse" . You have excellent staff.
