Pleasant ecperuence Everyone was helpful, non aggressive and friendly from sales, business and administration person. I would definitely recommend the dealership. And I love my new qashqai.
Snow Tires installed The service department was extremely busy when I arrived, but I was greeted by Dean and checked in right away. Despite being so busy my car was ready when promised.
Snow tire swap and oil change There were allot of people waiting for service due to the weather changes and I was in and out within an hour. Excellent work. Staff are all great to deal with. Michael Principe was our sales person when we bought the vehicle. As usual when we see each other, just a great guy.

Burlington Nissan Arrived for winter tire exchange, inadvertently on wrong Saturday with full waiting room. Team fit my vehicle in, as well as a few other necessary items, all while I completed e-mails via free wifi and Starbucks coffee, . My first Nissan product, and very positive experience from sales to service at Burlington Nissan.
Amazing customer service! With an extremely busy work and life schedule, finding time to get my car serviced can be tough. So I was very appreciative when Patricia offered me an office to set up in and do my work while I waited for my car to be serviced. I thought it was very kind and thoughtful of her and she made my day. Of course my car was also serviced quickly and I was back on the road in no time. I always take my vehicles to Burlington Nissan and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent and tire installation completed on schedule Frank ensured that my snow tires (stored at dealership) were installed promptly and also provided a free car wash. In addition, Frank waived the installation labour charge due to my previous unacceptable experience.
96 month maintenance and snow tires put on Not much to report. Work was done while I waited. I was told it would take about an hour and I was there about an hour and a half. No problems reported.
