Unsafe car sold to new mom New mom, here - bought a new (used) "fully-serviced" car to drive around my 8 month old son. Less than a week later, I had 4 warning lights show up on my dash. Sensors aren't working, a harness need to be replaced, the emergency brake isn't even connected - how did this pass safety?! Brampton North Nissan is unwilling to take responsibility (though service did offer to repair it at 50% off). Rude and obnoxious The manager here is rude and unprofessional in treatment it is absolutely ridiculous Have been to numerous locations and this is the worst never had such treatment Went to a different location for my purchase even though this one is one minute away from my home!

Brampton North Nissan - What a disaster. First experience, last experience. I found this dealership via an online ad for a demo vehicle. After the meet and greet I was persuaded to entertain a brand new vehicle vs. the demo. The 'no-haggle, pre-packaged offer price' for the new vs demo was nominal - which made the choice for a new vehicle very attractive. Bad experience I never had a problem with any dealership of Nissan but today first time I went to Brampton north to fill air in my tyres and guy told emu have to wait until 3 to fill tyres it means I have to wait 2 hrs for 5 minute job that's insane. I'm driving Nissan from 9 yrs I never had a any problem with any other dealer of Nissan I just go in there and they fill the tyres right away.

PUSHY AND RUDE This was the first dealership I went to in my search for a car, I am a student so I had to stick to a certain budget. I looked at a used car and a new car, and was unsure and wanted to sleep on it and make sure I could afford the insurance. Terrible. Unprofessional. Rude. Submitted request online for information on a used suv, was then bombarded with emails by Muhammed. He called me on Saturday afternoon and I agreed to go in Monday to view the vehicle I was interested in. He then sent me an appointment email stating the vehicle I was interested in. Went in Monday after work (an hour away from me) only to be left waiting for 10 minutes while they found out who was helping me. Rude and Shameless Manager This is for Oscar the store manager! I was called to come and close the deal as my second visit! Upon arrival Oscar threw the proposal sheet along with my credit card on the table where I was sitting, saying he cannot match what I expect. I visited the place upon confirmation from assistant sales manager who said come and we will do our best if you will close the deal today. Brampton North Nissan lost my business! On Feb-2-2015 bought Nissan Versa Note. Salesman Mr Anil Mehta such a nice person, no complaint about him. I offered $1500 off from purchase price and i no need 0% finacing. Mr Anil Mehta present my off er to manager Jack and he accepted. In my next visit Jack try to sell me electronic rust control device for $1580 and told me it cost only $80. (Basically he try to get back $1500 which is i got rebate). Do not go there! They falsely advertise cars that are not really listed. You go there and they say the car was sold the night before. Then they try to sell you a car that has more then $5000 damage. It that's not the worst, they try to sell you another car that's a like almost brand new and you have already told them you didn't want it. Poor customer service, very shady, unprofessional and not a good place to even buy your first car. A waste of time, and money.
