THE WORST SERVICE CENTER Their service is the worst when you give your car their for repair they will tell you everything is wrong. They only want your money. When I checked my bill an added charge of $120.00 was added from no where. They told me my trunk is not working and to fix that I would have to pay $2600 plus the tax to get it fixed. people are not stupid I found it on Google how to fix it for free. Thank you Mr Florin I want to tell here that Mr Florin, the manager was very helpful when I went for my maintenance service at the dealer. There was an issue when the service clerks told me that there is no mechanic available to do a road test on my car, when I told that him(the 2nd service clerk) that the noise while driving is back and getting louder. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I was ignored, not welcomed, given attitude by Diane in front desk of Service. Horrible and Pathetic and Unsafe Service provided Dropped off the car today for oil/filter change along with a 3rd time repeat issue (Rattling noise) which was never fixed. I was told today that vehicle will be test driven to find out the rattling noise coming from underneath the vehicle when driving between 40 to 60KM speed. Bad Warranty protocol!!! We have a Nissan PATHFINDER 2016 and have platinum extended warranty. The lift gate malfunction and we brought it for repair. They said it was a computer malfunction and all the data was wiped out so the lift gate was not functioning. They charged us 120 CAD + tax. My question is why do you give extended warranty and we still have to pay for this computer error. Horrible Costumer Service Went to check out the Nissan Altima. I was explaining the sales representative my situation and he started laughing as if I was telling him a joke. Horrible costumer service. Never ever going back there again.
suggest reading yourservice manual before going in. Service representative does not know the schedule, I was told I had to drain my AWD fluid at 36,000, the manual recommends 48,000.
Extremely Poor Customer Service If you're going in to service your Nissan, expect very poor customer service. Went in to the service department for a small part. Got transferred to the parts department. Spoke with the parts employee who transferred me back to the service employee.
