Worst dealership ever . Rude service center staff. They lack any sense of duty. My car has been detained for over 3 days just to repair a broken window lock!

Not followed the schedule time for service I am driving Nissan Santra. I booked apointment for oil change and tire rotation at 9:45am and I waited there 3 hours untill 12:30 pm,nobody touch my car. Very disappointed.

Bad customer service in service department I will never recommend to go for car service in this location. Rude and disrespectful sales rep Sales rep and manager very rude. Once we decided to advise sales rep that we needed to go home and think about our purchase, he became rude and disrespectful. He demanded that we left the dealership and kept telling at us. Manager aware and did nothing to assist situation. This location has left a very bad impression on me about Nissan..We choose to buy from Autopark. they offer way better service.
Don't go to Mohannad Alsagha in sales I regret the moment I walked into his cabin. He agreed to one deal and when we went to get the car he did not honour the deal and gave us a very high quote saying this is all I could give now. I feel it's not a professional way to deal with your clients. Brampton Nissan will definitely loose business if he is there.
buying a new maxima. The salesperson and the manager I was talking to when I planned to get a new maxima mislead me into getting a demo. After all the discussion we had as to how much it will cost me per month, I was surprised to learn that for the agreed money, they switched it to a demo as opposed to a brand new maxima. Both the salesperson and the manager were unprofessional and deceptive. Beware of their ante! I ended up getting a Mitsubishi after being a Nissan customer since 2001.
