Oscar is a terrible Sales Person Oscar claimed he is the General Manager but exuded someone without proper Customer care training. I would dissuade my enemies from going to this dealership. Very bad, rotten customer service. Especially from Oscar!!

Worst customer service I was dealing with Cameron. We had spent almost 5 hrs to finalize the deal. He started with 0% interest and at the end of the deal , we realized they are offering 4.49% and telling us that it's Nissan std rate. Then why you were offering 0% in the beginning. It was such a terrible day for us after spending 5 hrs and that also with small kids. And when Cameron came to know that we are not happy with the overall experience we had , he left the place right away . The worst person at this place is their G.... read more

Worse mangment The worse customer service i ever seen in my life they kept me there for 5 hours doing my deal after the finance manger came he said i canot offer 1.9% over 84 month the rate is 4.49% so i had to tell him off......the sale person he dosent know xxxx he need baby sitting all the time he was going back in forth to his xxxx mangment for?

Bunch of liars work there Zero customer service. General manager asgar molu has only one solution to resolve every issue. That is to cancell the deal. 1)I signed 3 bill of sale to purchase one car because two cars got sold after i purchased. 2) when i took a delivery they didnt have a second key for me on friday so they advised me to pick it up on monday, sales agent salman khan said it was broken so it they have to order a new one. please don't go there for service, very bad I bought my 2014 Nissan rouge New from them and also recommended my friends to go their And we really appreciate Simran's expertise, that's why we was going there and also for service of my car,all services done there and for 24 months service I booked for 27 Aug, it was first time bad experience there, they was trying just sign paper and go, didnot want to listen cars trouble, when I said I am not signing,then manager, call mechanic and he looked at cars trouble, after service I h... read more

Tested A/C and blew compressor with over pressure. Told ball joint and tie rod end gone. Took it to another mechanic for second opinion and found nothing. . Stay away

Sale bad car.. Update of my experience Buyer Beware! First of all, never buy at dawn. You won't be able to see all the scratches, dents and surface problems of the car. Secondly never listen to this dealer offering rust proofing etc. etc. My experience was I was told of a great package that will protect my car from rust and if it does appear they will fix it free of charge. Fast forward more than a year. Noticed rust on the car and they will not cover it. Why? Because the protection plan apparently will only fix your car if the rust damage... read more

Bad service Service department just horrible. They closed Saturdays and week days they close at 5pm. We bought a used car from this dealer. In less than week car starts make a problems. We brought it to dealer. After 3 hours they said it fixed but problem returns in same day. Service deck guy was very rude on the phone when we explained the problem. I will never go to this dealer again
