Started the year off right again - purchased a new 2013 Murano. Beautiful and exactly as we specifically ordered ! I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. I dealt with Waj as my salesperson, he was extremely professional and went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. Sally was also quite helpful (and attractive ;)) Very professional team overall. It takes me an hour to get to this dealership but it was worth the drive to deal with a team like this. Do not purchase a used vehicle at this location. I bought a 2019 Hyundai Elantra in April 2025 and they did not tell me the AC was not working. I contacted the last hyundai for the car's service records and the previous owner had reported this same issue in sep 2024 and I discovered inJune 2025 that Ac was not working cause I took it to a hyundai dealer for review. Bought a 2019 kicks w extended warranty. Was told by sales guy that it was bumper to bumper. It was not. I had a faulty tire pressure sensor and they did nothing for me. Nissan isn't willing to do anything either. They're liars, PERIOD. Buy a Hyundai, or anything else. These guys are crooks.
This dealership lied to me. I purchased a used Infiniti from them and they assured me that the engine had no modifications. They talked me into a comprehensive warranty. It turns out the engine is modified and as a result, the intake manifold became cracked from a blow off valve. I had specifically asked whether there were mods on the car that would void warranty. Very very bad experience in first visit for first service or oil change after buying New Nissan Sentra Car.
The Versa SR is an excellent car, but bring someone with you when you make the buying decisions! Another set of ears could end up being a moneysaver, PARTICULARLY, when it comes to purchasing the warranty. Don't be fooled into purchasing more than you may need, ESPECIALLY if you have CAA membership (and, possibly, insurance). They already cover a lot. No, I don't work for CAA. But I spent money on a type of warranty and have been truly REGRETTING it.
My vehicle was not ready as promised, the sale consultant lied to me about the vehicle after the keys were handed to me. Upon following up with the General Manger, his response was to refund the car at my loss and inconvenience for the dealer’s error. I would never go back to them, If I could give 0 stars I would.
