I’ve only needed regular maintenance on by 2018 Camry so far. Service has always been good.
Dropped in unexpected to the maintenance bay for an oil change and a fix to my DRL. This was due to the fact that I had just driven back from central Mexico. My vehicle that as manufactured in Canada but purchased in Mexico has a switch on the column to the off the DRL. Canada does not allow this as DRL must be on at all times when the engine is running. Great experience - there was no pressure, I was given time to think about my purchase, and the staff was very helpful. Very respectful towards women buying cars (something i've unfortunately had an issue with at other dealerships). I knew what I wanted to buy when I arrived and they were helpful and quick with the sale which is exactly what I wanted.
Personable and professional service. I dealt with knowledgeable staff that helped me get my dream car. Great advice for all the extras.

Excellent service, no pressure sales and I did all my shopping online until it was time for a test drive. Sales was easy to reach through text/email/phone which was important to me.
